Data Import/Export

Use the following options to import data or generate and download CSV files containing resource and user data.
Data Import/Export Options

Generate Resource Data Export

Due to the processing intensive nature of the resource data export, a request must first be sent to generate the file for export. Once generated, the CSV file is stored in the database and can be downloaded at any time.

Download Latest Resource Data Export

This option downloads the most recently generated resource data.

Download Resource Data Export  

Download Latest Calendar Event Data

This option downloads the latest calendar event data from the database.

Download Calendar Event Data  

Download Anonymous User Profiles

This option downloads the anonymous user profiles created in the date range selected below.

Download Anonymous User Search Queries

This option downloads the anonymous user searches created in the date range selected below.

Import Resource Data

This option can be used to import resource data and associated calendar data by uploading the CSV files below. The calendar data import is optional.

Note: After the import, calendar data must be pushed to the linked Google Calendar manually using the Force Push Events to Google Calendar option under Database and Cache Tools.
